French Fries Christmas Wreath Recipe

Serves 8 | Festive Sharing Dish

Ingredients:

1-2 packs of 750G Lamb Weston Frenzy French Fries
200g Brie, cut into chunks
8 rashers of streaky Bacon, cooked crispy & chopped
120g Cranberry Sauce
Fresh Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)
Pomegranate Seeds (optional, for sparkle)
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Olive Oil, for drizzling

Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
Arrange the Frenzy Fries in a wreath shape on a large tray.
Bake for 16–18 mins until golden and crispy.
Lower oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
Top fries with Brie chunks & crispy bacon.
Return to oven for 5–7 mins until the Brie melts.
Drizzle with cranberry sauce.
Garnish with rosemary & pomegranate seeds.
Serve hot and let everyone dig in!

Serving Tip

Pair with mulled wine or sparkling cranberry cocktails. Want to go extra indulgent? Add caramelised red onions or a drizzle of warm gravy.
