Edinburgh Uncorked 2026 returns to the Assembly Rooms on Saturday 9th May 2026, bringing hundreds of wines, expert tastings and special guest Joe Wadsack to the capital.
Hosted by Wine Events Scotland, this is Edinburgh’s only independent spring wine festival and a relaxed way to discover new bottles before summer.

What is Edinburgh Uncorked?
Edinburgh Uncorked is a friendly wine festival where visitors can taste their way around wines from across the world, meet wine experts and try bottles from both classic and lesser-known regions.
Whether you know your Burgundy from your Barolo or just fancy a fun wine day out in Edinburgh, the event is designed for both curious beginners and seasoned wine lovers.

What does your ticket include?
Standard tickets are priced at £35 and include the chance to taste and sample every wine featured at the event. There will also be offers available if you find a new favourite to take home.

Special guest Joe Wadsack
Wine expert Joe Wadsack will be the special guest for Edinburgh Uncorked 2026. Joe is known for his TV work on BBC’s Food and Drink, alongside host Tom Kerridge, as well as appearances on Channel 4 and UKTV’s Good Food Channel.
Expect plenty of wine knowledge, stories and personality throughout the day.
