Spectacular feasts of hearty, Michelin-starred comfort food, starting this November at The Hind’s Head
From 17th November, the Hinds Head is starting the festive season with a Christmas menu that celebrates the very best of British produce and the traditional holiday flavours we all know and love – perfect for sharing with friends, family and colleagues.
It will also unveil Heston’s brand-new take on the Christmas pud – the Christmiso Pudding, which has miso, almonds, thyme and golden raisins. In 2024 it was widely reported* that nearly 60 per cent of adults no longer much rated Christmas Pudding. Perhaps Heston Blumenthal’s lighter and more interestingly flavoured version will change their minds.
