Emma Coop, the fried chicken and lobster roll pop-up from Cardinal’s Tomás Gormley, is back for another year.
From now until the end of August, Coop will be popping up in George Square Gardens, and from the 30th July, at The Gilded Saloon every day.
Expect the renowned Fried Chicken with fermented peach hot sauce and Smoked lobster rolls (inspired by Gormley’s signature dish at Cardinal). New additions to the menu this year include Pulled gojuchang pork and an Aged beef and bone marrow burger.
