Hotel style B&B in Antrim

Set in the countryside on the outskirts of Antrim, and around a 10 min drive to Belfast International Airport, The Stables B&B is ideally located as a travelling base for discovering Northern Ireland. The Stables is near to Junction On, which is a shopping and entertainment complex with Tim Hortons, Nandos etc, as well as M2 motorway. Antrim bus and railway station are a short drive away. It isn’t too far to visit the coast, have a look here at what you can see on the Causeway Coast.

The grounds are well maintained with seating areas outside the accommodation. There is also a BBQ available.

There is a mixture of accommodation here with self-contained apartments up to rooms with quadruple beds available.

In the room is a flat screen tv, tea & coffee inc biscuits, water, toiletries, iron & ironing board, bidet and free wifi.

A microwave and fridge are available for use. There is also a laundry service available.

Our host, Norbert, is welcoming and provides a brisk and friendly service. It is worth trying his bacon and eggs.

Cereals, fruit juice, fruit and yoghurts are available.

Verdict

A comfortable and clean bed and breakfast in a countryside setting. A perfect location for exploring Northern Ireland with its handy transport links. The decor is a little dated, but it is clean, tidy and quiet.
