Nobu in Mayfair Celebrates Sakura Season

As part of Nobu London’s Spring celebrations, the restaurant has introduced a new London Omakase menu. The set omakase – which translates in Japanese to ‘I’ll leave it up to you’ – is priced at £190 per person.

The menu begins with Caviar and Avocado Nori Tacos, followed by Sashimi Three Ways, and Baby Spinach Salad with Dry Miso.

Enjoy a Sushi Selection, followed by Dover Sole Red Chilli Shiso Salsa, and Wagyu Hobayaki.

The menu concludes with a dessert of Mango and Milk Chocolate Mousse, with passion fruit cream, vanilla sponge, and lemon and vanilla sauce.

There is also a new sakura-themed cocktail, Hajikami and Sakura Martini, priced at £16, and made with Maraschino liqueur, gin, sake and hajikami brine – the salty, sour pickling solution from aromatic Japanese ginger stalks.
