This week Amuse by Kevin Dalgleish is unveiling its newly refurbished bar area in time for the bank holiday weekend.
The Bar, a welcoming new addition to the front of the restaurant, offers a more relaxed and flexible experience for guests, whether visiting for a pre-dinner aperitif, an after dinner dram.

Designed to accommodate 15–18 guests, The Bar provides an elegant yet casual setting where visitors can explore Amuse’s extensive whisky collection, curated wine list and an imaginative selection of creative cocktails named after its key flavour such as ‘Strawberry’ which features gin, early gray, almond vanilla and, of course, strawberry,, crafted by the team.

The Bar gives people more reasons to drop in — whether it’s for a glass of wine, a signature cocktail, or to sample some light bites — all without needing to book a full dining experience.”
