Newly launched Hickory Bars has teamed up with No11 Brunswick Street to create a special cocktail to mark the city’s graduation season.

The gin-based No11 Fizz is a mix of Apricot Liqueur, Raspberry syrup and fresh Lemon juice topped up with Prosecco and garnished with a lemon twist and raspberry.

The cocktail will be served to all graduates celebrating their success at the 11 Brasserie.

Lunch is served between 12 noon and 5pm, when lite bite portions are available for three for £12. Pre-theatre is available from 5pm to 6.30pm, with three courses for £25.

I am Emma and with my husband Mark write Foodie Explorers, which is a food and travel website.

I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and British Guild of Travel Writers.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.
