What is Yondu?

Yondu is a vegan and gluten-free seasoning made from plants to bring an umami taste to cooking. It comes from South Korea and is now available in the UK. It is organic and contains nothing genetically modified. A teaspoon (5ml) serving contains 0 calories and each bottle contains 55 servings.

How is Yondu made?

Soybeans are slowly fermented to bring out their savoury flavours. This base is then blended with the concentrated broth of onions, white radishes, leeks, cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, and garlic to create Yondu’s unique flavour that enhances the taste of a variety of cuisines.
