Ingredients
25ml Villa Cardea Limoncello
30ml raspberry puree or coulis
25ml London Dry Gin
tonic water
lemon
raspberries
Method
Add the Limoncello, gin and raspberry coulis into the shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Double strain into a highball over fresh ice, and top with tonic.
Garnish: raspberry skewer + lemon twist
