Ingredients
- 25 ml Villa Cardea Limoncello
- 30 ml raspberry puree or coulis
- 25 ml London Dry Gin
- tonic water
- lemon
- raspberries
Instructions
- Add the Limoncello, gin and raspberry coulis into the shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Double strain into a highball over fresh ice, and top with tonic.
- Garnish: raspberry skewer + lemon twist
