Fizzy Sledge Cocktail from Bardinet Brandy

FIZZY SLEDGE

Effervescent, delicate and joyful.

Ingredients

25ml Bardinet Brandy VSOP

10ml honey syrup

15ml elderflower liqueur

1 slice of fresh ginger

Method

Add ingredients into a shaker, shake then double strain into a champagne glass and top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
