Ingredients
- 25 ml Bardinet Brandy VSOP
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml elderflower liqueur
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
Instructions
- Add ingredients into a shaker, shake then double strain into a champagne glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
