What you can buy at Twelve Triangles Stockbridge

What We Ordered
A visit to Twelve Triangles isn’t complete without sampling a mix of their sweet and savoury offerings. We started with an Americano, a cappuccino, and a glass of the single-variety apple juice. Alongside a couple of pastries – dessert first! One was a bread and butter pudding type creation – this would have been delicious warmed, and maybe a glug of custard on top as well – the other was a frangipane bar. Make sure to try the apple juice, it is delicious!

Then onto the hot food. House beans with sourdough toast, cultured butter and Scottish cheddar for me £10.

HUGE beans coated in tomato sauce and covered with cheese. £7.75 Perfect.

Mark picked a cheese toastie, which was served with some piquant home-made kimchi. Look at that cheese.

Atmosphere and Service
Stockbridge is known for its relaxed, village-like feel, and Twelve Triangles fits right in. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the setting has a laid- back, neighbourhood vibe. It is small and has limited seating so expect to queue. We spotted many locals popping in for bread, coffee and a treat.
Prices and Value
Prices at Twelve Triangles reflect the quality of ingredients and craftsmanship involved. Pastries cost around £3–£5 and Sourdough loaves around £4–£6
While not the cheapest bakery in Edinburgh, the quality and flavour make it good value for those looking for artisan baking done properly.
