Emma Mykytyn Lease of Kenmuir Arms terminate lease
Sad news from the award-winning Dumfries and Galloway hotel and gastro pub, Kenmuir Arms Hotel as Chef patron Chris Dougan and his partner Beth have terminated their lease.
The hotel was acquired by the New Luce Community Trust with Chef Dougan taking the helm in 2023.
“Despite their best efforts to build a sustainable business, the current climate has made it increasingly challenging for a small independent operator to continue.
