If you can’t make it then you can re-create the cocktails at home. ‘Sweet Sting’ blends the sweet tartness of wild raspberries, fresh lemon and golden honey; while ‘The Rose Club’ offers a more complex profile, combining tart rhubarb and lemon with dry vermouth.

Sweet Sting

Sweet Sting cocktail

Sweet Sting takes its cue from a crisp wander through the foothills of the beacon mountain, where the air is cold, the paths are quiet, and warmth comes from each other’s company. It holds the promise of seasons to come and showcases the wild raspberries on the path and honeyed warmth on the breeze.

Built on the bold, versatile character of Ben Lomond Gin, this gentle riff on the popular serve the Bee’s Knees pairs fresh lemon and golden honey with soft fruit depth. Bright, balanced, and quietly generous, it captures the comfort of winter shared and the anticipation of adventures ahead.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Ben Lomond Scottish Gin
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 6 fresh raspberries (5 for the cocktail, 1 for garnish)

Method

Muddle five raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add Ben Lomond Scottish Gin, lemon juice and honey, then shake hard with ice. Fine strain into a chilled, short cocktail glass. Garnish with a single raspberry.

The Rose Club

Rose Club cocktail

You do not stumble into the Rose Club. You are invited late, by someone worth venturing out for, when candlelight softens the room and the scent of rose lingers between two glasses. Built on the bold, versatile character of Ben Lomond Scottish Gin, this romantic riff on the Clover Club balances bright lemon and tart rhubarb with a measured touch of dry vermouth, gently softened by rose water and finished with a silken foam. The first sip feels like a quiet secret shared. It is floral, elegant, and quietly confident.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Ben Lomond Scottish Gin
  • 10 ml dry vermouth
  •   15 ml rhubarb syrup
  •   25 ml lemon juice
  • 2-3 drops rose water
  • Egg white or vegan foamer

Method

Shake all ingredients without ice to build a soft, foamy texture. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Fine strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass (Nick & Nora or Martini). Garnish with a lemon twist.
