Emma Mykytyn Nico Simeone to Open Third Lennox Restaurant
Chef and restaurateur Nico Simeone has announced that his latest restaurant concept, Lennox, will open in Edinburgh this July. (Click here to read our visit to Lennox Glasgow)
The opening completes an initial three-city rollout for Lennox, a concept that sees Simeone move away from the format-driven dining experience that made Six by Nico a household name.
Dry-ageing cabinets showcasing premium cuts of meat will be on display, while a bespoke barbecue grill will serve as the focal point of the kitchen.
Lennox Edinburgh will take over the current Six by Nico Edinburgh West site on Queensferry Street. Meanwhile, Six by Nico’s flagship Edinburgh restaurant on Hanover Street will continue operating its popular six-course themed tasting menu concept.
With the venue offering a more intimate setting and limited capacity, demand is expected to be high. Diners can now register for priority booking access ahead of the general public release.
