Christmas Recipe – Bardinet Brandied Pears Recipe
Brandied pears always look delicious in their jars. Every year I go, I’m going to get one and then run out of money. During the festive season you may have some brandy left over from making your Christmas cake, so whilst that bottle is open, make some brandied pears.
Serve these as a dessert, and you’ll have two bases covered the dessert and the after-dinner drink!
