The Laphroaig Market in collab with Michelin-starred chef Tom Aitkens

The Laphroaig Market is a celebration of some of London’s most interesting culinary pioneers. Opening on Friday 21st and running until Sunday 23rd of April in Borough Yards, London.

Inspired by Islay, the island home of Laphroaig, Tom Aikens will prepare and serve six unique dishes to order, bringing to the fore the flavours that make Laphroaig whisky unmatched in quality and flavour profile.

Tom Aikens is one of the UK’s most acclaimed and inspirational British chefs, being the youngest British chef ever to be awarded two Michelin stars, aged just 26.

Aikens’s current restaurants include Michelin-starred London restaurant Muse, which opened in January 2020, and three hotel eateries in Abu Dhabi.

Alongside Tom, the market will feature Shellseekers Fish & GameTurnips and Spice Mountain, all of whom have been selected for their shared passion for seasonal ingredients and perseverance for unparalleled flavour.
