Following on from The Pennywise and The Candyman Halloween cocktails we have The Hannibal Lecter from Sobieski.
The Hannibal Lecter
Ingredients
50ml Sobieski Vodka
25ml Chianti (or preferred red wine)
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Orange Juice
Orange Peel
Method
Stir over ice, strain inyo a wine glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a long orange peel pressed flat up against the glass.
