On Sunday 23rd November 2025, Monachyle Mhor invites guests to slow down and celebrate the art of imperfection with Wabi Sabi Sunday – a full day of hands-on workshops inspired by the Japanese philosophy of finding beauty in simplicity and authenticity.

From 10am to 4pm, the hotel’s atmospheric Dutch Barn (a converted 19th-century farm building) becomes a creative sanctuary where guests can explore traditional crafts, learn new skills, and reconnect with the joy of making something real with their own hands.
