Twelve Triangles has announced the reopening of its original location in Melrose, following a short period of closure.
The celebrated bakery by Emily Cuddeford and Rachel Morgan has two locations in the town – one shop, and one café.

The shop – affectionately known as Little Melrose – is the smaller of the two, and originally opened in 2022.
Coffee comes from Allpress, and the core pastry range includes classic Pains au Chocolat, Croissants, Vegan Lemon Cardamom Buns and Cinnamon Buns. These sit alongside an extensive bread selection, including Focaccia, White Sourdough Tin Loaves, Miche Loaves made with a mix of grains, and plaited Challah on Fridays.

From its kitchen, guests can order Twelve Triangles’ takes on classic comfort food, including Porridge with Seasonal Compote, Brown Butter Waffles with a choice of toppings, Sourdough Cheese Toasties, House Baked Beans with Sourdough Toast, Cultured Butter and Scottish Cheddar as well as seasonally-changing specials.
