A festive cocktail from Mr White’s Gin, this one a palate cleanser after all the rich food.

 

The Seasoned Sour

An elegant festive gin sour with the refined edge you’d expect from Marco Pierre White. This cocktail combines the tartness of fresh lime with smooth aquafaba or egg white for a velvety texture. Finished with aromatic bitters and a festive garnish, it’s Christmas in a glass.

Ingredients

50ml MR. WHITE’S GIN

25ml lime juice (or lemon)

15ml sugar syrup

20ml aquafaba (or use egg white or foamer alternative)

Few dashes Angostura bitters

Twist of lime to garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice until frosty cold. Double strain into a chilled coupé glass. Dot Angostura bitters on top and use a cocktail stick to create a red and white festive design. Garnish with a twist of lime.
