Emma US Company buys Brewdog UK operations
Tilray are xpanding its U.S. beverage portfolio with the addition of BrewDog UK operations.
Under the terms of the agreement, Tilray has paid £33 million for BrewDog’s global intellectual property, its UK brewing operations, and a portfolio of eleven brewpubs.
The Brewdog pubs saved include:
Birmingham
Edinburgh : DogHouse and Lothian Road.
Ellon DogTap
London: Canary Wharf, Paddington, Seven Dials, Tower Hill, & Waterloo
Manchester – Peter Street
The U.S. and Australian elements of the wider acquisition are being handled separately and are expected to be finalised within the next month.
