Parsley Butter
Perfect for livening up a dish
- A bunch of fresh parsley approximately 100g
- 100 g good quality butter
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
- Dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Wash and finely chop the parsley
Combine all ingredients in a blender (or you can use a mortar and pestle) until smooth. Keep in fridge or shape into a sausage style roll, wrap in cling film and freeze until required. A delightful addition to your grilled fish or roasted veggies
