Parsley Butter

Perfect for livening up a dish

Ingredients
  

  • A bunch of fresh parsley approximately 100g
  • 100 g good quality butter
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and finely chop the parsley
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender (or you can use a mortar and pestle) until smooth. Keep in fridge or shape into a sausage style roll, wrap in cling film and freeze until required. A delightful addition to your grilled fish or roasted veggies
