Deviled Eggs
Retro party favourite deviled eggs

- 12 large free-range eggs
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 –2 tsp English mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- ¼ paprika plus extra for sprinkling
- few drops Tabasco
In a saucepan with eggs, bring your water to a boil. Let the water boil for a minute and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit in the saucepan for 10 mins.
Remove from the hot water and place into cold water.
Peel the eggs, then halve the eggs lengthways and gently prise the yolk out of each half. Place the whites onto a plate and place the yolks into a bowl.
Into the bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, English mustard, salt, paprika and a couple of shakes of Tabasco. Stir and mash with a fork or blend until smooth.
Taste for seasoning and heat, add more mustard or Tabasco.
Fill a piping bag with a star nozzle with the yolk mixture. Fill the egg whites with the mix.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
