Juice the oranges (no need to zest as Sevilles' pack a punch!
Add the butter, sugar and juice to a saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
Add the mixture to your bowl or basin, and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
While it is cooling, beat the eggs.
Add the beaten eggs to the mixture, and mix well.
Place the bowl on top of a saucepan of water.
Simmer the water gently, stirring the contents of the bowl.
When the curd covers the back of a wooden spoon, place aside.
Sterilise your jars.
Fill them with hot orange curd and leave to cool.
