Recipe: Baked Camembert with honey & thyme


  • 1 round camembert cheese approx 8oz
  • 2 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 clove garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoon honey


  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
  • Remove the cheese from its plastic wrapping and place back into its wooden box.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice into the top of the cheese.
  • Add some chopped thyme and garlic into the holes.
  • Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle honey on top.
  • Set the cheese on a baking sheet and bake for around 15 min.
  • Carefully remove cheese from oven and transfer to a plate.
  • Serve immediately.
