Recipe: Wimbledon Pud in a Mug

Ingredients
  

  • 1 x Chocolate Chip Pud in a Mug sachet
  • 3 x Strawberries
  • 60 ml 4 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
  • Whipped Cream
  • Your favourite mug

Instructions
 

  • Pour the milk into a 250ml mug, and then add the contents of the Chocolate Chip Pud in a Mug sachet.
  • Stir together until smooth
  • Microwave on full power for 90 seconds
  • While the pud’s cooking, cut the strawberries into quarters and set to one side
  • Spread a spoonful of whipped cream on top of the pud and then add the strawberries to decorate
