Mince Pie Cocktail from Bardinet Brandy

MINCE PIE

Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Bardinet Brandy VSOP
  • 50 ml cranberry juice
  • 15 ml amaretto liqueur
  • 10 ml cinnamon syrup
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Almond flakes and icing sugar for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in a shaker, shake then double strain into a highball glass with ice.
  • Garnish with almond flakes and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
