‘Let’s Turn On The Juice’
Halloween cocktail from Sobieski Vodka
Ingredients
- 35 ml Black Liquorice-infused Sobieski Vodka made with soft liquorice sweets such as Henry Goode’s
- 30 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 10 ml Blackcurrant Cordial
- 50 ml Double Cream
- Cinnamon to garnish
Instructions
- Firstly make your black vodka. Infuse vodka with black liquorice sweets for a day or two before your party, mixing from time to time. Add one serve of vodka to a tumbler, stir in the coffee liqueur and blackcurrant cordial and mix well. Carefully layer over lightly whipped double cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
