Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Air Fryer Baked Potatoes crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Scrub potatoes and pat to dry.
  • Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place potatoes in the air fryer.
  • Cook for 30 mins at 200C.
  • Open the air fryer, turn potatoes and cook for another 10 mins, until they are soft inside and crispy outside. Note: if the potatoes are large, you may need to cook them for a further 10 mins.
