Recipe: Home Made Ginger Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon juiced

Instructions
 

  • Grate an inch of ginger.
  • Place into teapot (or saucepan of boiling water taken off the heat)
  • Add other spices such as cinnamon to taste.
  • Steep for ten minutes.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add honey to taste.
  • Serve!
