Place chopped chicken thigh, soy sauce, rice wine, garlic powder, sesame oil, egg and corn flour into a large bowl and combine.
Get your hands in there and mix it up well.
Refridgerate and let to sit for at least 30 mins.
Take out a piece of chicken at a time and coat in corn flour, which you have placed in to a separate bowl.
Repeat this process until all the chicken pieces are coated.
Add the chicken pieces to your air fryer, giving them a liberal spray with oil.
Cook at 200C for about 10 mins until golden.
Whilst the chicken is cooking, you can make the sauce.
In large frying pan add brown sugar, honey, ketchup, sesame seeds and rice vinegar and mix together.
Bring to a simmer.
Once the chicken is cooked and the honey sesame sauce is simmering, add the chicken and toss to coat in the sauce.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped spring onions.
This dish goes really well with rice and some brocolli.
