Wash and carefully peel oranges. Create several thick rounds from the four oranges.
Place segments in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle over the maple syrup and place a few sprigs of rosemary over the orange slices.
In a medium oven, roast the oranges for 45 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices. Coat the slices with the juices – cook until brown and caramelised.
Serve with a bowl of natural yoghurt or whipped double cream.
