Scotch Creme Egg

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g cooked chocolate brownie crumbled
  • 3 heaped tbsp vanilla buttercream
  • 7 Cadbury Creme Eggs
  • Chocolate sprinkles for coating

Instructions
 

  • Add the crumbled chocolate brownie to a large bowl.
  • Add the buttercream.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Take a small amount of the brownie mixture and mould it around a Creme Egg.
  • Add more brownie mix until the Creme Egg is fully covered.
  • Roll the egg in chocolate sprinkles.
  • Repeat with more Creme Eggs until the brownie mixture is used.
  • We got about 7 eggs out of this mixture.
