Ingredients

tsp
dried turmeric
2
tsp
runny honey
1
tsp
grated fresh ginger root
2
cups
oat milk or vanilla milk
or any milk of your choice
Instructions
In a small bowl mix the turmeric and honey to a smooth paste (similar to a roux for a sauce)
Heat up milk in a small pan. Gradually stir in the paste into the milk – mix slowly using a wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Sprinkle with grated ginger.
Enjoy this delicious soothing drink on a cold winters day. Very soothing and warming.
