Turmeric & Ginger Booster

Course Drinks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp dried turmeric
  • 2 tsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
  • 2 cups oat milk or vanilla milk or any milk of your choice

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl mix the turmeric and honey to a smooth paste (similar to a roux for a sauce)
  • Heat up milk in a small pan. Gradually stir in the paste into the milk – mix slowly using a wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
  • Sprinkle with grated ginger.
  • Enjoy this delicious soothing drink on a cold winters day. Very soothing and warming.
