Currywurst sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml tomato ketchup
  • 4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place tomato ketchup into a small saucepan and heat on medium low.
  • Add spices and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix thoroughly, adding water if the mixture seems too thick.
  • Simmer on low for 5 mins.
  • Serve over crispy cooked sausages.
  • Powder with curry powder for an authentic imbiss feel.
