Birch, Sloe, Blackcurrants, Gin and fizz
Ingredients
- 25 ml Birch and Slow Highland Boundary Wild Scottish Liqueur
- 25 ml Gin we used Makar Gin
- 10 ml Cassis we used White Heron British Cassis
- Prosecco/Cava to top up
Instructions
- Birch and Slow Highland Boundary Wild Scottish Liqueur, Gin and Cassis to your chilled glass. Top up with Prosecco, Cava or whatever your preference is.
