Amaretti Biscuits filled with Rosemary Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbps whipping or double cream
  • Amaretti Biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Place cream in a blender. Add finely chopped rosemary leaves.
  • Spread rosemary cream between two small Amaretti biscuits. Use as many as required. Two per person.
  • Place in fridge for 10 mins to allow the cream to soften biscuits.
  • Serve and enjoy.
