Recipe : Indian Eggy Bread


  • Ingredients
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 Onion medium sized , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tomato small , finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander chopped


  • Whisk together eggs and chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Add ginger, onion, tomato and coriander to the egg mixture.
  • Whisk.
  • Heat oil in a pan or heat up a panini maker/grill.
  • Soak each slice of the bread in the mixture and add to the hot pan.
  • Add some more of the eggy mixture to the top of the bread for extra gooeyness.
  • Cook the bread on each side for 5-7 minutes until they are crisp from the outside and cooked throughout.
