  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together 4 eggs and seasoning until combined.
  • Add broken pieces of as much of each ingredient as you wish and top up with the egg mixture.
  • Cook in a medium hot (about 160°C) oven until brown.
  • You can add more veggies, more meat, more cheese, the list is endless.
