Rosemary whipped cream with Grilled Blood Oranges

Ingredients
  

  • 2 blood oranges in season
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbps runny honey
  • 3 tbps whipping or double cream

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel oranges carefully. Try to remove all pith.
  • Cut orange into medium size slices.
  • Preheat oven to medium setting. Place orange slices on flat based baking tin covered in baking paper or foil.
  • Drizzle over honey of your choice. Sprinkle over a few finely chopped rosemary leaves. Roast in oven until oranges are nicely carmelised.
  • Place cream in a blender. Add finely chopped rosemary leaves.
  • Serve orange slices, topped with rosemary whipped rosemary cream.
