
The latest in pop-up events takes a luxurious turn with Chef Justin Maule creating a French inspired menu.

Justin started his own company in 2011 after gaining over 20 years of experience in some of Scotland’s best kitchens including Sravaigin, Ubiquitous Chip, Chardon d’Or and more.
His first pop up event, called ” The First One” is on Saturday 7th March in The Distillery at The Whisky Bond

Slow Braised Chestnut Mushrooms, Toasted Brioche, Tarragon Cream
Main
Roast Shallot, Fennel and Garlic Tarte Tatin, Pomme Anna, Braised Chicory, Roquefort Crumbs
