Wholefoods, Giffnock, Glasgow – Cafe – August 2012

A profusion of delights on sale at the in-store cafe, however we were good and went for a capuccino (big huge mug!) for £1.49 and an Energise Me smoothie (pineapple, ginger, carrot and apple) for £2.99)

Smoothie was delicious, full of bits, but not too many bits, sweet and hit the spot.  Coffee was rather large for a cappuccino, which was needed at that time in the morning.   Flavoursome and hot (as opposed to the usual tepid nonsense).
Piped music could do with a better selection bit mind numbing, self clearing means that some bits are still left and tables not wiped as often as should but hey we are green.

Good for a wee pick me up
