Wholefoods Giffnock – 2nd Birthday Event

Being mega fans of Whole Foods in Giffnock, we couldn’t let their 2nd Birthday go without visiting. Thankfully they thought the same and arranged a Street Food experience to celebrate.

Greeted by lights, a red carpet and a glass of bubbly on arrival, we felt like stars.

Starting off at the beauty area we met with Live Native – are a beauty company from Skye.

We tried the Frangipani hand cream, sweet smelling and smooth on the hands. There was a wide array of items to choose from and we were given a freebie as we bought an item too, so even better!

Another pamper station was at Glamour Food

Once again we were pampered with potions. This range, as the name suggests, is based around food. Dark chocolate and blueberry hand lotion – almost good enough to eat. We plumped to buy their guilt free chocolate bar – dairy free but full of the goodies of dark chocolate.

With our Whole Foods Market ‘Foodie Passport’ we visited six Street Food stations:

And some music!

Funky cheese fondue with dipping delights

Nibbles from sushi samurais Genji
A hearty portion of all-American pumpkin pie by this time we were carrying loads and couldn’t take any more photos!

As well as the delicious food, we received a bag of goodies from Whole Foods we received vouchers to spend in-store on the night and on our next visit.
