Wetherspoons, Argyle Street, Glasgow (Sir John Moore) – Jan 2012

Ideally situated for early morning jaunts from Glasgow Central.  We nipped into wetherspoons for a pre-train journey breakfast.  I went for the breakfast deal, which for £1.89 gets you a breakfast roll (bacon or sausage, or vegetarian sausage or lorne sausage, or black pudding or a fried egg) or porridge or teacake or fresh fruit and yoghurt with a small coffee, tea or small juice.  I went for tea and bacon roll.  Tasty bacon and the tea was tetley (yay!)

Other half was starving so went for the Scottish Breakfast at £3.10.    Both did the job nicely.

Only downside was the poor wi-fi reception, which is free, which only seemed to work when I got to the front door!
