
Wagamama Launch Veganuary With Delicious Dishes and a Pledge That 50 Per Cent of the Main Menu Will Be Meat Free by the End of 2021
Wagamama have introduced its Veganuary new menu, bringing vegan versions of cult favourite dishes. The new menu has meat alternative ingredients like: ‘duck’ made from shredded seitan and shiitake mushrooms, mushroom and soya ‘ribs’, and pulled king oyster mushroom ‘squid’.
Veganuary 2021 is the beginning of wagamama’s ‘Year of Change’ as they introduce plant-based versions of cult favourite dishes; Chilli Squid, sticky ribs, Firecracker Curry and Grilled Duck Donburi.
