Gourmet Burger Kitchen launch a new Summer menu which include the Lamb Ma Goa burger, Truffle Cheese Fries & Chilli Chicken Bites as well as working with Tunnock’s to create the Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer Milkshake.
The delicious concoction of Tunnock’s famous Caramel Wafer blended with salted caramel ice cream will be available exclusively in GBK Edinburgh and Glasgow. If it proves popular in Scotland, the shake will be rolled out to all 64 GBK restaurants across the UK.
The new Lamb Ma Goa is a tantalising combination of lamb, aubergine pickle, feta and rosemary aioli in a buttery brioche bun.
GBK’s summer menu now features Sipsmith spirits and premium mixers by Fevertree including Indian Tonic Water, Ginger Ale and Lemonade. A selection of new wines and craft beers are also available.
