The world’s 50 best restaurants for 2021

Noma  hits the top at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants again

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list is back after taking a year off due to the pandemic.

Once again criticism has been aimed at the list due to the male dominated, European centred list.

There are no surprises with the top spot, Noma takes the top spot for the fifth time.  Back in 2019, organizers announced that previous number one spots  would be ineligible for future nomination. So how has Noma sneaked in? Seemingly the new location and rotating tasting menu meant it qualified.
